Aber auch hier lief natürlich nicht alles glatt. Am besprochenen Tag konnte der Bagger nicht kommen weil der LKW der den Bagger transportieren sollte kaputt war. Aber in Anbetracht der Tatsache das uns der Architekt ja schon ein halbes Jahr gekostet hat sollte es auf einen Tag nicht ankommen.

Unser Tiefbauer meinte mit hochwertigem Naturschotter wäre es möglich die geforderten Werte zu erreichen. Also wurde der komplette Recyclongshotter ausgebaut und Naturschotter eingebaut.
Da das Schnurgerüst schon Stand (250 Euro hat die Erstellung durch den Vermesser gekostet) und wir auf Nummer sicher gehen wollten haben wir den Vermesser beauftragt das Schnurgerüst zu kontrollieren ob es noch richtig steht. Der dreiste Vermesser will wohl möglichst schnell Millionär werden und hat 400 Euro in Rechnung gestellt für die Kontrolle des Schnurgerüst.

Das Schnurgerüst war also in Ordnung und der hochwertige Naturschotter war eingebaut. Einen Tag vorm erstellen der Bodenplatte wurde ein neuer Druckplattentest gemacht. Die Werte waren besser aber immer noch nicht so wie sie sein sollten!
Da wir Glatthaar gegenüber den Termin nicht halten konnten mussten wir Ausfallkosten von über 2.000 Euro zahlen…
Ein weiterer Bodengutachter wurde konsultiert und der stellte fest das dass bereits erstellte Bodengutachten falsch ist, denn wir hatten unter unserem Grundstück keinen Fels sondern Schluff (der Laie sagt dazu Lehm). Das heißt aber leider auch das eine 20 cm Schotterschicht nie im Leben ausreicht um die geforderten Werte im Druckplattentest zu erreichen. Die Schotterschicht muss mindestens 50 cm stark sein.
Klar… die Schotterschicht musste wieder raus und zusätzlich weitere 30 cm Erde bzw. Schluff ebenso. Dafür kamen 50 cm Schotter rein und es wurde erneut mit der 190 kg Rüttelplatte verdichtet. Der Druckplattentest hat diesmal gepasst, alle Werte im grünen Bereich.
Dank des Bauleiters Herr K. von Glatthaar wurden die folgenden Termine ganz einfach verschoben. Am Tag wo eigentlich der Keller hätte gestellt werden sollen wurde Stattdessen die Bodenplatte gegossen und am Tag der eigentlich für das ausbetonieren des Kellers vorgesehen war wurde der Keller gestellt… und so weiter.
