Änderungen
Wir haben folgende Änderungen durchgeführt:
- 2 Wände im EG entfernt, dafür werden Stahlträger in die Decke eingezogen
- Eine Tür im EG Flur entfernt
- Kellererhöhung auf 2,50 m
- 1 Fenster verschoben
- 2 Fenster hinzugefügt
- Verlegung des Haustechnikraums vom EG in den Keller
Qual der Wahl
Neben den Änderungen die am Gebäude selbst durchgeführt werden sollen muss man sich nun auch über die Platzierung von verschiedenen Dingen klar werden.
Zum einen muss entschieden werden wo die Toiletten und Waschbecken ihren Platz finden und Badewanne sowie Dusche wollen auch untergebracht werden.
Dabei muss beachtet werden das keine Wasser- und Abwasserleitung in die Außenwände gelegt werden dürfen. Das liegt daran das die Dämmung so nicht ausreichen würde Leitungen in den Außenwänden vor frost zu schützen.
Will man jedoch ein Sanitärobjekt an einer Außenwand platzieren ist das durchaus möglich. Eine Toilette oder ein Waschbecken bekommen dann eine Vorwandinstallation in welcher die Leitungen verlegt werden.
Die Verteilung der Leitungen im Gebäude erfolgt in Zwischenwänden. So laufen die ganzen Rohre für Wasser und auch die Rohre zur Be- und Entlüftung vom Keller durch eine Zwischenwand im EG bis ins DG.
Es wird nun auch entschieden wo die Solaranlage platziert werden soll. So wirklich beeinflussen kann man das jedoch nicht denn das ergibt sich durch die Lage des Hauses.
Die Positionen von Heizung, Be- und Entlüftungsanlage sowie Anschlüsse für Waschmaschine und Trockner werden ebenfalls festgelegt.
Fazit
Gute 2 Stunden später und ziemlich geschlaucht hat man sein Haus durchgeplant!
Wir waren mit dem Ablauf sehr zufrieden und mit den fertigen Plänen sowieso. Wunschlos glücklich also, schließlich wussten wir zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht welche Probleme uns det Architekt noch machen würde…
