Das ist auch der Grund warum man die 240 mm Dämmung der Dachschrägen eben nicht bis nach ganz oben zum First hoch ziehen soll sondern nur so ca. 30 cm über die Pfette vom Dachboden. Dieser Effekt, dass die Dämmung also belüftet, abgelüftet oder wie auch immer man diesen Vorgang nennen will, muss auf jeden Fall erhalten bleiben.
Die Lösung bei mir sieht so aus das ich mir ein paar der übrig gebliebenen Dachlatten in 24×48 mm geschnappt habe (diese haben vorher zum Beispiel als Ladungssicherung bei den Lieferungen gedient) und diese direkt auf die Balken geschraubt. Dadurch ergibt sich dann schon ein Abstand von der Dämmung zum Bodenbelag im Spitzboden von 24 mm.
Als Boden habe ich einfach ein paar Bretter von der Lattung (auch Sparschalung genannt) benutzt und diese dann auf die Dachlatten geschraubt. Zwischen den Sparschalungsbrettern habe ich ich je auch immer 24 mm Luft gelassen, dazu habe ich einfach immer eine Dachlatte dazwischen gelegt (als Abstandhalter) und die zu verschraubende Latte direkt daran angehalten und angeschraubt. Dann habe ich die Dachlatte als Abstandhalter an die nächste Latte angehalten und so weiter.
Dadurch ergibt sich also genug Abstand zu der Dämmung und Luft kann auch an die Dämmung da der Boden nicht komplett zu ist.
Ich bin kein Statiker aber der Dachboden trägt locker mein Gewicht… zum Kartons abstellen reicht das also allemal.
